Her designs range widely from traditional and art nouveau to very unusual free form pieces with crystals, handmade glass beads, and beautiful glass which is carefully chosen for a particular piece of art.

Many of Star's designs are of the sea -- whales, dolphins, fish, and mermaids swimming in swirls of glass and bubbles. She is well known for her three-dimensional fairies and nymphs that have sold around the world.

Star is a member of Gualala Arts and participates in Art in the Redwoods and in the annual Studio Discovery Tour on the first and second weekends of September. Her art can be custom ordered through her studio or seen at local galleries on the north coast and in New Orleans.
